Hello Dewit Bekele,

It is even more of a short notice for those living outside Africa. For
PACINET and other forthcoming INET events it would be helpful if we receive
information 90 days in advance. It might look difficult, but as soon as the
dates are finalized, the information could be posted in the list so that
those interested in the event start preparing for their travel.
