It was interesting with short.

One statement that was interesting, and may be something to use in many countries.

If the industry let IPv4 becomes a scare resource with no alternative (no IPv6 deployment) then governments will do what they do with scare resources: regulate it. Many business prefer governments not to have government involvement. So an incentive for IPv6 deploymnet by the industry than waiting for governments to push for it.

I also listened to the live audiocast and found it quite interesting, but a bit short. Yes, I also concur that given the title, one would have expected a sort of listing of the seven steps towards IPv6 deployment.
