Hello Chapter Delegates,

As the editor of the ISOC Chapter Handbook, I'm looking forward to 
meeting with many of you this week to discuss your experiences as 
Chapter leaders. I am available through end-of-day Thursday here in 
Mexico City.

Those of you who are willing, and who have the time to meet with me,

week would be best. Assume 30 minutes to an hour for a discussion (we 
can follow-up through e-mail). I'm staying at the Sheraton and can meet 
you in the lobby of the hotel.

Just e-mail back with a day this week and a preferred time. If I have a 
conflict I will get back to you with an alternate time.
