Gracias, pense que esto era solo en el Peru, me tranquiliza saber que hay "imbeciles" en todas partes que lo unico que hacen es entorpecer el crecimiento y desarrolo, y sobretodo de las personas con discapacidad, mientras que en la Web de la Fundacion de Bill Gates se motiva a que todos hagan fuerza comun por la inclusion digital.
