[Chapter-delegates] Isoc on Second Life and 3D virtual worlds

Are you user of Second Life or any other 3D virtual world ?

With some Isoc members we have done on Second Life an Isoc group and got already Isoc new
member by this way.

It is not a game but really a new way of communication used by companies, local
authorities, government, politics, e-learning, organizations, education, ...
