Dear Anne,
though belated, my responnse to this announcement is greatly enthusiastic.
Having just had ISOC Mexico's Symposium, attracting the local community a
few days before the ICANN meeting and the ISOC chapters meeting here,
without any direct expense by ISOC Mexico, I can only look forward to the
effect the program for funding chapter events will have.
I hope it is available soon!
