[Chapter-delegates] E-meeting on ISOC'sengagement in the WTPF - only UTC 20:00

Dear Colleagues,

This is to let you know that the quorum of 5 Chapter Delegates for the 
UTC 10:30 e-meeting today, 17 February, has not been reached. We 
therefore have to cancel this session.

The good news is that the *UTC 20:00* will go ahead and we would like to 
invite you all to this call. We will also be publishing notes from the 
meeting later on.

As a reminder, the e-meeting will take place in ISOC's Marratech 
Auditorium https://marratech.webapps.isoc.org:8001/?downloadjre=true
(you will need to install the Marratech client http://www.marratech.com/ ).
