[Chapter-delegates] IMPORTANT : Mexico Logistics "Meet & Greet"

[For those attending the Chapters workshop in Mexico]

Dear Colleagues,

In response to concerns about safety in Mexico City, we have arranged  
for a "Meet and Greet" service for those arriving on the 26th for the  
Chapters workshop. There will be an individual at each terminal to  
greet attendees and assist them to get a taxi or meet pre-arranged  
cars/shuttle buses.  The personnel will be in operations between 12.00  
midday and 12.30pm and will have the ISOC nameplate. Please advise <chapter-support at isoc.org 
 > ASAP if you are arriving outside these hours or dates and if we  
need to extend the service.
