[Chapter-delegates] Update on 2009 ISOC Board of Trustees Elections

Thank you Anne for this information.
I agree with the importance of ISOC Chapters in defining ISOC's global
strategy.
Some chapters play an important role by being active in the policy
making process at local and regional levels.
Today the Board of Trustees has only 3 from 13 members elected from the
chapters which is not really representing the importance of chapters in
the ISOC organizational structure.
This number is not enough to give them opportunity to be as active at
ISOC level as they are at the regional level.
