[Chapter-delegates] Update on 2009 ISOC Board of Trustees Elections

HelloT

Just as there is a process to petition for delayed nomination with six
signatures, is there a way to petition the Nominating Committee with sixty
signatures for a more balanced Chapter representation in the Board? Chapters
need at least as many seats in the Board as Organizational Members for a
greater balance in deliberations.

Thanks.
