Dear Colleagues,

The Chapter Handbook is an exciting project. We would encourage *all*
Chapter delegates to contribute content to this project so we can
build a really useful and rich resource for all Chapter delegates. The
project is well underway and the first editorial committee meeting is
scheduled for next week. The committee will have some early content
for review at that meeting and will assist with questions regarding
style and tone of the writing.

Good news!

The editor of the Chapter Handbook, Wendy Rickard, will be in Mexico
during the ICANN week. Her aim is to spend as much time as possible in
interviews with individual Chapter Delegates. She will be focussing
on gathering information for the Chapter Handbook that will help us
build a pool of best practices, case studies and "lessons learnt". If
you will not be in Mexico, you can also speak to Wendy on-line in an
"interview".

Wendy's email address is: rickard at rickardgroup.com. Please email her
directly if you would like to speak with her (either online or face to
face). She will be in Mexico from Sunday 1st March until Friday 6th
March. Sabrina will also be on-site to assist with connecting up.

The overview of the Chapter Handbook contents can be found at:
