[Chapter-delegates] ITU Followships for the World Telecommunication Policy Forum, April 2009, Lisbon, Portugal

Dear Chapter delegates,

 

This is to inform you that the ITU is offering fellowships for the 2009
World Telecommunication Policy Forum (21-24 April 2009). Participants who
wish to apply for fellowships must register online and complete the
fellowship section of the form before 16 March 2009. Full information about
