[Chapter-delegates] 2009 ISOC Board of Trustees election - data check

Dear Colleagues,

The 2009 ISOC Board of Trustees election is starting soon. To be 
eligible to vote, the election procedures require that each Chapter 
identifies its Election Representative "who will act as its spokesperson 
with respect to all election actions." Each Chapter may designate any 
member of their Chapter to be their Voting Delegate.

Each Chapter Adminstrator and Voting Delegate was recently contacted to 
check the information we have in the ISOC membership system is correct.

This is a final call to contact us at <chapter-support at isoc.org> if you 
think there are any changes needed to the Voting Delegate information 
for your Chapter.
