[Chapter-delegates] 2009 Year End Message from ISOC President & CEO

Dear Lynn:
I just read your message carefully year-end, is almost a compressed memory of its work, work all the members and those who are not members of ISOC, ie entities that support our organization.
We hope that the attention is fixed for this little Latinoamerica 2010. Not enough to have people around who are in this part of the continent and to use our language, we need more communication is easy to talk about "digital divide" and participation, provided the partners collect the voices of each of these actors .
The chapter I hope to have a fluid and direct communication, without partners, or better language translators, the only way to achieve what you mention in your interesting message.
on the other hand Internet is not only technically or privilege of the engineers, the problem is the care of content, that is what finally see and hear internet users.
At least in India we have started a partnership with Ecuador, which we hope to reach other Chapters brothers, but again, with good communication and are the actors in each chapter who transmit their ideas, problems and ideals.

Estimada Lynn:
Acabo de leer con mucho cuidado su mensaje de fin de año, es casi una memoria comprimida de su labor, labor en conjunto de los miembros y los que no son miembros de ISOC, es decir entidades que apoyan a nuestra organizacion.
Esperamos que la atencion se fije para este 2010 un poco a Latinoamerica. No basta con tener personas en su entorno que sean de esta parte del Continente y que usen nuestro idioma, necesitamos mas comunicacion es facil hablar sobre "brecha digital" y participacion, siempre y cuando los interlocutores recojan las voces mismas de cada uno de los actores.
Los Capitulos esperan tener una comunicacion fluida y directa, sin interlocutores, o mejor traductores de idioma, solo asi se podra alcanzar lo que menciona en su interesante mensaje.
por otro lado Internet no solo es tecnico o privilegio de los ingenieros, el problema es el cuidado de los contenidos, que es lo que finalmente ven y oyen los usuarios de Internet.
Por lo menos hemos iniciado en Peru una alianza con Ecuador, que esperamos alcance a otros Capitulos hermanos, pero insisto, con una comunicacion fluida y que sean los propios actores de cada Capitulos quien transmitan sus ideas, sus problemas y sus ideales.
