[Chapter-delegates] Call no .4 - 22nd December - audio files and raw notes available on web

Dear Colleagues,

The discussion topic for the last call was :  "What services should  
ISOC Global provide to ensure the success of the chapters? What should  
ISOC Global expect of the chapters in return for those services?"

The audio files and raw call notes are available from the Sphere  
Labels calls held on 22nd December at UTC 11.00 and UTC 20.00 are  
available on the website at:

Peter Houstle will send around the summary notes soon.  Once again we  
had a very good turnout with the UTC 20.00 being the most popular  
call. Over both calls we had 14 Chapters participating, which given  
the proximity to the festive season, was a very good turn out!

Once again, thank you to everyone who participated and in the new Year  
we will come back to the list with details of the next steps.
