Hello
I am late to review the new portal to offer this feedback:
1. Member Rooster of the Chennai Chapters shows 153 members which includes
members earlier de-duplicated, test entires earlier removed, and about 20
members who were in the pending approval list.
2. Previous portal showed the address of members / applicants at a glance,
but in the new version, the Chapter Admin has to click on the 'Details' tab,
name by name, which pulls up an "Edit Profile" page which contains the basic
particulars of the applicant. Doing this one by one would be difficult for
chapters who have a large number of applicants.
3. The messaging interface does not work well. I tried sending test
messages. The messages were delivered without a subject line, so it went
tothe spam folder, shows isoc-ams as the sender rather than the chapter
officer and has the reply to field set to isoc-ams, and not the chapter.
