This is what is said in the Q&A, but it is not exact. This is the  
intention for the contribution, but really, there will be 3 anual  
payments and ISOC will have the power to stop the contribution based  
on the (lack of) progresses made by W3C and the reports about how the  
money is being spent.

The anual contributions will be: 500k, 1M, 1M.
