[Chapter-delegates] CANCELLED: IPv6 Briefing paper e-meeting [apologies]

Dear Colleagues,

Please accept our apologies.

The IPv6 briefing paper e-meetings on Wednesday 26th August at UTC  
10.30 and UTC 20.00 are cancelled.  Matthew Shears, the Chair for the  
calls,  unexpectedly has no Internet connectivity at this time due to  
a network outage from his service provider. It is scheduled to be  
repaired at the earliest on Thursday.

The call will be rescheduled and we will post details of the date (the  
times will be the same) as soon as they have been re-arranged.

Please accept our apologies for the short notice of this announcement.
