Thanks for the note about PayPal, and for sharing my request with your 
colleagues.

I would be interested in the IPv6 initiatives in your region. Our IPv6 
Working Group is not yet fully constituted, although a few of our 
members have quite a lot to say about it - in particular, why current 
campaigns for IPv6 adoption is not working and will not work in the 
Philippine context.
