[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Chapters meeting in Sweden alongside IETF and BoT

Hi Veni,
We are trying to support (regional) attendance of Chapters at meetings
as much as possible. As you probably know, we recently had a Chapter
workshop in Mexico where we provided fellowships and funds to a large
number of Chapter leaders. I'd not anticipate such a large funding for a
single Chapter event happening soon again as budgets are limited. The
reality is that not every event can be supported and a choice has to be
made. However, we will shortly launch our Chapter Travel Fellowship
Programme and hope that this will give Chapters even more possibilities
to come together and meet. Stay tuned...
