[Chapter-delegates] Friendly reminder: invitation to comment on draft consultation process (Sphere Consult)

Dear Colleagues,

If you have not yet commented on the draft 'Consultation' document  
from the Sphere Consult project group, now is the time to do so!  The  
blog has been open for just over two months and will stay open for  
another two weeks until Friday 24th April.

The document outlines a suggested process for two way consultation  
between ISOC Global and the Chapter Delegates.  Feedback from Chapters  
told us that this was an important subject.

Commenting is very easy -  just go to the blog at:

and look for the pencil and paper icon on the right hand of the screen  
(you will need to login to the chapter wiki). If you have any
