[Chapter-delegates] US chapter list

Good afternoon:
We obviously have no objection to the US Chapters having their own list.
After all, ISOC-ECC has its own list. However I agree fully with Marcin
Cieslak: since the FCC and the European Commission tend to consult, and
sometimes clone each other, it would be very important for some of the
European ISOC Chapters to be able to follow the US debate, particluarly
about matters such as broadband, non-discrimination and IPR-related
issues. I am very glad that the US list is open, and would propse to
join it myself. I am sure that I will not be alone ...
