Anne,

Since that one Chapter Delegate is me and that would end up being 0330 
my local time, I am not opposed to changing the meeting to another day 
and during the meeting at Cairo to enhance our combined online and 
physically present discussion capabilities (and, hopefully the online 
will be able to keep the connection and participate too).

The important thing is that we meet, discuss, and offer our 
local/world-wide perspectives...
