[Chapter-delegates] Isoc and French plan for Internet and new media

Hi Eduard,


Good news for french people, but what to do 
with rest of the EU countries? This plan
should be adopted by all EU membership and not only
France. 

On the Future Internet Assembly (FIA)  session in Bled this year
a Bled declaration was adopted that contains a call
for all EU countries regarding the needs for further
development of Internet, however not much
reactions can be seen from other parts of EU or
maybe I am wrong???

I agree with you that we ma y contribute in designing the
new Internet world. 

The next FIA will happen in Madrid, December 9-10, this
year on UPM. Warmly  invited!
