[Chapter-delegates] Priorities for 2009 - short survey - helprequested

Merci Anne,

Je voudrais ajouter, pour les chapitres francophones, que le questionnaire a
une version Française. Il faut remplir le questionnaire une seule fois par
chapitre, avant le Vendredi 7 Novembre. 

Ce questionnaire nous aidera à nous assurer que les besoins des chapitres
sont pris en compte dans la planification des activités visant les chapitres
pour l'année 2009.
