[Chapter-delegates] Priorities for 2009 - short survey - help requested

Dear Colleagues,

The Chapter development plan is a multi-year effort from 2008-2011.  We 
would like your feedback on the work items you feel are important for 
2009, both for YOUR Chapter and for ALL Chapters collectively.  We would 
appreciate it if you help us by completing the short survey at the link 
provided below. The survey questions have been translated into Spanish 
and French:

Warm thanks are extended to those Chapter delegates who provided 
feedback in the design phase.

The deadline for completing the survey is Friday November 7th.   Please 
complete ONE survey per Chapter.  The summary results will be available 
on the Chapter wiki and will complement the information we receive from 
you in other ways.
