This is a very strong point, and I'll remind everyone that matching funds
can also come in the form of "in kind" donations:
"These matching funds are to be raised by the implementing Chapter and/or
project partners. In-kind contributions are accepted only from partner
groups (e.g. Other Sources of Support). In-kind contributions from the
Chapter or Individual Applicant will not be accepted."
In-kind support might include hardware, software, office space, bandwidth,
expert help, etc. and is often easy to solicit when your chapter and
community relationships are strong.
