[Chapter-delegates] Information in spanish and other languages

Hello Gerard,

The topic of translation English text to other languages was discussed 
by the Board since several years.

Some of us supported the idea of using translation services in the 
developing countries (chapters and/ or professional translators). With 
the consequence of creating new jobs or businesses opportunities in the 
south. This implies reducing costs and translating more and more 
contents. nization

Organizations such the OAS (Organization of American States, OEA) and 
many others  do so.

This is great vis-a-vis ISOC members that are not native english speaking.
