[Chapter-delegates] Information in spanish and other languages

Hi Jose

Thanks for your mail. I agree that translation is an area where we  
need to do more more. To this end, we have been developing a  
translation plan that we hope to soon be able to share with the  
chapters and other members for your inputs. Also, in the budget  
proposed to the Board of Trustees meeting last week, there is an  
increase in the amount allocated for translation in 2009. While we  
will never be able to fully translate all the information we produce,  
we do hope to be able to show some big improvements in the new year.
