[Chapter-delegates] dormant chapters

Franck, All,
Building up the fabric of relationships is one of the key aims of the
Sphere Project. In addition to Franck's great suggestion below,
both myself and Sabrina are available if anyone would like to test
out Marratech or just connect up to chat. We are reaching out on a
one-on-one basis but this is slow. It can be supplemented by Chapter
delegates reaching out to each other (as I know many already do).
Consider which Chapter you might be interested to find out more
about and with whom you do not have a connection, and then initiate a
one-on-one conversation with them (we can help with bridging the
communication if necessary).
Just some thoughts... :)
