The ISOC page that points to chapters is woefully out of date, and
folks are amazingly unresponsive. A year or so ago I sent an email to
every address on that page, and tried to open every web link pointed
to. I got a lot of bounces and very few replies, and a surprising
number of the web page domain names were no longer even registered. I
have been very forward in my attempts to visit chapters, and few give
me the courtesy of a reply.
