I think Point 3 is an excellent idea.
Many of the members of the Disability and Special Needs Chapter know a lot
about this, in fact, three of them, Cynthia Waddell, Mark Urban, and
myself, helped write two books on the subject one of which can be found
here http://www.friendsofed.com/web-accessibility/
I think a project such as this would be an excellent idea.
We are poised and ready to help. One of the best things about it would be
it would bring a plethora of solutions to the table, and many cultures would
participate, which would be excellent!
Sincerely,
Mike Burks
