[Chapter-delegates] INET meetings - Global INET 2011 and beyond

I agree that an annual or bi-annual all-chapters meeting would help
advance the causes of the ISOC by both helping us all to communicate
and solidify our ideas and also by "spreading the word" of what we are
working on and involving many outside organizations with similar goals
or scopes.  I think that having such meetings will help all of us to
garner local support and enthusiasm as well.  There are many details
to be worked out for sure but in general I support the idea and I
would love to be one of the delegates to help organize a proposal for
(re)starting such a meeting.
