[Chapter-delegates] INET meetings - Global INET 2011 and beyond

Hi Veni,

I think we must be careful. I don't think that ISOC could replace IGF.
It's neither the same public nore the same objectives.
ISOC exists before IGF and it seems to earlier to talk about replacing IGF.
I think that ISOC must organise a meeting with all chapters to talk about
chapters' live and promote collaboration between them!
