[Chapter-delegates] Invitation and introduction - Disability Projects Co-ordinator and Co-ordination

Dear Colleagues,

I would like to 'e-introduce' you to Arnoud van Wijk, who is ISOC's 
Disability Projects Co-ordinator. Disability is a key project area 
relating to Underserved Communities under the 'Enabling Access" 
initiative. The initiative focuses on enabling access to the Internet by 
addressing the fundamental impediments to Internet growth and usability. 
   Arnoud has written a personal letter of introduction describing his 
role and background and would like to work closely with the Chapters in 
this area.  His introduction and invitation to Chapter Delegates is on
