[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Elections result

Dear Khalid Koubaa,

I have replied to the idea of INET in a previous message in detail, but in
repsonse to this mail message from you,

- Yes, the objective is to bring together all of ISOC for a conference.
- But, some chapter delegates happen to be a bit tired of too many events.

So it is perhaps a good idea to think of INET as a huge event of paramount
importance which would combine the objective of getting together of all
ISOC. While sessions take place for the general audience, concurrent
sessions can happen for ISOC delegates and executives during the same event.

The world needs to know ISOC better. INET could do that. And the objective
of an all ISOC conference could be rolled into this event
