[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Elections result

Thank you for your support. This list will discuss the proposal draft 
when it will completed.

Marcin,
It is not to bring back INET conference. It is a Summit that have as 
objective to :
- Bring all chapters rep or trustees to one place to a face to face 
event where we all see each others and socialize. This is very important.
- All chapters delegates will meet ISOC trustees and staff : and this 
also an important issue
- It will be an opportunity for capacity building conf and workshops ( 
fundraising, membership management, proposal writing, Internet 
Governance issues, ISOC actual pilot projects as the Sphere project, ... ).
I am not sure if this summit will be repeated another time but it's a 
unique proposal and not an annual or bi-annual event.
