Thanks for your questions. With respect to your second and third
questions, these are both good subjects for input into the Sphere
Project, where currently small project groups are forming around
particular issues that have surfaced through the consultations. The
Sphere Project is now moving into Phase 2 titled "An invitation to
creative participation" and you and other readers of this list are
invited to join the small projects described under the heading

I find the questions you raise interesting. I hope that you and
others consider joining or forming a Sphere project group and that
