Hi,you have three issues to take care about:
Directing the traffic to the filtering system
Caching system
Filtering system for directing the traffic I recommend to use L4-7 switching instead of policy based routing our WCCP protocol (you can use Foundary swithese as it is faous in L4-7 swithinging products) . For the caching system I have tried previously BlueCoat and it is fantastic. Using smart filter (with license for concurrent connections) also is good. There are also a chinese products that are used now adays which is not as effecent as the declared systems above.
