Hi,

I'm forwarding this call to the Chapters list since it seems potentially 
useful for some of the chapters and their members, especially those in 
Africa.

In EU-related projects in Latin America we have seen that it is somewhat 
cumbersome to build the partnerships required (maybe it will be easier in 
this call) but sometimes very worthwhile.

Any feedback from mexperience in Africa would be welcome and useful to 
all.

And, I hope some of you can benefit from the information.
