[Chapter-delegates] Chapter Rejuvenation activities - update

Dear Anne and Sabrina:

This seems to be a right approach in the work with Chapters.

We have an ISOC Ecuador meeting last week about the several projects and 
initiatives that are going on in the Sphere or ISOC and in conclusion or 
recomendation is:

"To reinforce the relation of ISOC Ecuador with ISOC and their initiatives 
in order to have a more coordinated working plan and to share experiences 
with other chapters and HQ.

To promote the regional integration and the participation of ISOC Ecuador in 
the different initiatives based on a common line of action and in the 
development of a long time working plan for the digital and internet 
inclusion"
