[Chapter-delegates] ISOC and ICANN consultation on President's Strategy Committee

Thanks to those of you who responded to the message below. Based on
your comments, I have prepared the attached draftsubmission to the
ICANN PSC consultation. These are to be sent on Thursday, 31 July,
but I wanted to get them to you for a quick look in advance of
submitting them. If you have further comments, please get them to me
by the end of your business day Wednesday, July 30. Many thanks.
