[Chapter-delegates] REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - ISOC AMS System

Please, it is important that ISOC get beyond proprietary formats.
I respectfully suggest that the Michiel Leenaars, ISOC.nl, might
be willing to review any revisions before the RFP is released
again -- a system that will be able to support international
chapters needs to be based on open standard files.
