open standard. Would you be so kind to add the following open standard
based files in the RFP package (the files are in ISO 26300/ODF)? Since
ODF is supported is virtually every office package, you can even
choose to omit the originals.

  I would like to inform you that ISOC has now issued the request for 
proposal for a new AMS system. We are asking any interested vendors
to submit a formal proposal, which addresses the costs for the
procurement and implementation of AMS software. For more details

It contains the RFP document itself along with supporting materials
