If everybody picks up 5 (not including "most importan", .... "least
important") then you rank the issues according to which is the one that most
people chose and so on.
Besides, as I said before in a private message, to include one more question
on region (Africa, South America, etc.) could be of value since you could
group your answers and identify issues according to region.
