[Chapter-delegates] Fwd: Request for participation - ISOC 'Sphere' Project

Franck,

it is incumbent on chapter-delegates who are also Trustees, like you and 
me, to instill some rationality in this discussion.

We have asked ISOC staff, including the regional/language representatives, 
to work on this, so we must first check for progress, then shape the 
initiatives - and assign a budget if pertinent!

I commit to doing so in the coming days and count on you too.
