Fred,
and, I hope we can also call on ISOC's regional representatives for this
purpose when needed. We need to constantly increase the day-to-day contact
between them and the Chapters, and they are an irreplaceable vehicle for
the two-way exchange of information, and for coordination, with the
Chapters.
