Dear Kahled Koubaa,

You are right. It is an error. In this example, it has to be quebce.isoc.orgor
isoc.org/quebec (if ISOC decides to have it all under isoc.org. If there is
a separate domain for chapter sites, it would be quebec.chapterisoc.org.
