  While the process of ISOC Togo formation is taking place,  ISOC Morocco welcomes ISOC TOGO's application and wishes the team in charge every success in their endeavours to promote the use of the Internet among the Togolese users.

Thanks to all who have already given feedback on and off list to the 
application to form a Chapter in Togo. These contributions are very 
helpful and support the evaluation of this application. Your input is 
very much appreciated.

Just as a friendly reminder, please note that the Chapter is not yet 
formed and has not officially been recognised by ISOC. At this stage we 
are asking for a review of the application form and any comments you 
might have.

A welcoming message announcing the official formation of a Chapter will 
be sent to this list at the end of the recognition process which 
includes several steps (http://www.isoc.org/isoc/chapters/application/).


FYI, the reviewing period of the Togo application ends March 1, 2008.
