[Chapter-delegates] Application to form a Chapter in Togo

Hello Sabrina
please let me welcome the application for Togo ISOC Chapter
I know personnaly most of the people involved in the application, and the
contact for this chapter Robert Houtomey, and TRSTECH sponsor is leaded by
Alain Aina, well known in ISOC, as the first applicant of IETF fellowship
programm, they are both very active in AFNOG events since the beginning as
teachers and experts in Internet issues ...
Please, as representative of Senegalese ISOC Chapter, i strongly support
this application and hope the process will end with success ....
